Joy is a licensed and insured physical therapist and owner and founder of Santa Rosa Beach Physical Therapy. Joy received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from LSU then went on to earn her Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from LSU School of Allied Health and Medicine in 1999. Joy has worked in several fields of physical therapy including outpatient therapy, acute care and acute rehab, nursing homes and assisted living and predominantly home health. Joy moved to 30A, Florida from Louisiana in June of 2020. After working for home health companies in and around Santa Rosa Beach, Joy realized there was a need for a mobile concierge physical therapy to serve the 30A, Miramar Beach and Panama City Beach communities. Joy founded SRBPT in September 2021 and has grown her start-up into the thriving company it is today.

Traci Duncan Green, MPT, is an experienced Physical Therapist with over 25 years of dedication to helping patients improve mobility, regain independence, and enhance overall quality of life. She earned her Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from Emory University and has worked across a variety of settings including outpatient care, skilled nursing, assisted living, and home health. Traci has extensive experience treating musculoskeletal, neurological, post-operative, and age-related conditions, with a strong focus on creating individualized care plans that support long-term function and safety. Throughout her career, Traci has demonstrated a deep commitment to patient-centered care, working closely with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure successful outcomes both in clinical settings and at home. As the former owner of Coastal Physical Therapy, she provided both clinic-based and mobile services, helping patients remain safely in their home environments whenever possible. She is especially passionate about fall prevention, balance training, and empowering patients to maintain independence at every stage of life. With 14 years of experience in physical therapy, I bring a diverse and comprehensive background to every patient I work with. I earned my Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of Kentucky, following my undergraduate studies at Thomas More College, where I graduated with a degree in Exercise Physiology and Biology. During my time at Thomas More, I was fortunate to play four years of college baseball, which not only helped shape my understanding of athletics and injury prevention but also reinforced my commitment to physical fitness and rehabilitation.

I had the opportunity to train at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, where I honed my clinical skills and furthered my expertise in patient care. Additionally, my research contributions have been published in the Home Healthcare Now journal, emphasizing my dedication to advancing the field of physical therapy.

Throughout my career, I’ve gained experience in a variety of settings, including outpatient clinics, hospitals, and home healthcare environments. I pride myself on creating personalized, evidence-based treatment plans for my patients to help them recover and return to their active lives.

Outside of my professional life, I am a proud father to three daughters and am married to my beautiful wife, Chelsie. Our family is completed by two dogs who bring endless joy to our home.
